Shipping policy

1. Delivery countries

We deliver to France and to most countries in the world. Available countries are shown when you enter your delivery address. If yours is not listed, email us at contact@communist-universe.com.

2. Delivery costs

Delivery is free, whatever the destination country, unless otherwise stated before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery times

Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 working hours of payment confirmation. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 10 working days depending on the destination. These times are indicative and may be longer during busy periods (holidays, sales) or in the event of customs checks.

Unless a different time is stated when you order, your parcel will be delivered no later than 30 days after your order.

4. Customs duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, for example to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada or Australia, customs duties and local taxes may be charged on delivery. They are set by the authorities of the destination country and are payable by the recipient.

5. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your parcel on our order tracking page. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.

6. Delivery problems

Late, lost, damaged or incomplete parcel: email us at contact@communist-universe.com. We will deal with the carrier and offer you a solution, either a replacement or a refund. If the parcel is damaged on delivery, report it to the courier if possible and take photos.
