Changed your mind, or an item is not right for you? Here is how returns and refunds work.

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to tell us that you want to return it, without having to give a reason.

How to return an item

Tell us your decision by email at contact@communist-universe.com or using our withdrawal form, giving your order number and the items concerned.
We reply with the return address and instructions.
Send the items back within 14 days of informing us of your decision.

Condition of items

Items must be returned complete and in a resaleable condition: unworn, unwashed and with their labels. Please use the original packaging, or equivalent packaging, to avoid damage in transit. An item whose value has been reduced through use may give rise to a partial refund.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service: the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including the initial delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may wait until we receive the items, or proof that you have sent them back, before refunding you. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order.

2. Exchanges

To exchange an item, for example for a different size, email us at contact@communist-universe.com. We will tell you what to do depending on availability.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect item

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, email us as soon as possible at contact@communist-universe.com with:

your order number;
a description of the problem;
photos showing the defect and the item's label.

Please do not wash the item or remove its labels before contacting us. We will offer you a replacement, an exchange or a refund, and return costs are paid by us.

You are also covered for two years by the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, described in our terms of sale.

4. Wrong delivery address

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will correct the address free of charge. If it has already been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for a delay or failed delivery, and the cost of re-sending a parcel that is returned to us is your responsibility. Please check your address before confirming your order.

5. Late or missing refund

If your refund has not appeared yet:

check your bank account;
contact your bank or card issuer, as a refund can take a few working days to appear;
if you still have not received anything, email us at contact@communist-universe.com.
