Return and Refund Policy
Request for return or exchange of a product
Return period:
From receipt of your order, you have 14 days to initiate a return procedure or request an exchange. Once this deadline has passed, unfortunately we will no longer be able to offer a refund or make an exchange.
Product condition:
For a return to be accepted, the item concerned must be returned in the same conditions as when it was delivered. In other words:
- It must not have been worn or washed, and must retain its original labels.
- The original packaging must be intact and used for return.
Exclusions:
Any product that has been used, washed, or whose labels have been removed is not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate the return or exchange process, please contact us at the following address: contact@communist-universe.com, or via the contact form available on our website communist-universe.com. We will then provide you with all the necessary instructions to return your item.
2. My item is damaged and/or of poor quality
At Communist Universe, we are committed to providing high quality products to our customers. However, it is possible that an item may have a defect or be damaged during transport. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we invite you to report the problem to us as soon as possible.
How do I report a defective or damaged item?
To report a problem, please contact us by email at contact@communist-universe.com specifying the following information:
- The order reference
- A clear and concise description of the problem encountered
- Good quality photos clearly showing the defect or damage, together with a photo of the label of the item concerned.
Processing your request
Upon receipt of your message, our team will carry out a rapid analysis of your file. We will do everything we can to provide you with an appropriate solution (replacement, exchange or refund).
Important Warning
Do not remove labels or attempt to wash the defective or damaged item before contacting us. Any alteration of the initial condition of the item could compromise the processing of your return or exchange request.

3. Are return costs covered?
At Communist Universe, coverage of return costs depends on the situation. Here are the possible scenarios:
Cases where return costs are covered by Communist Universe
- Defective product or one with a manufacturing defect: If the product received has a clearly identified manufacturing defect or anomaly, we cover the return costs.
- Delivery error: If the item received does not correspond to the order (product error, wrong size sent, etc.), the return costs will also be covered by Communist Universe.
In these situations, we invite you to contact us at contact@communist-universe.com. We will tell you the steps to follow and the instructions for returning the item.
Cases where return costs are the responsibility of the customer
For all other cases of return (change of mind, error in size or model ordered by the customer), return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Error in delivery address on the part of the buyer
If you notice an error in the delivery address of your order, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible at contact@communist-universe.com.
If the order has not yet been shipped
We will correct the delivery address at no additional cost and without impacting the processing time of your order.
If the order has already been shipped
In this case, Communist Universe cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures. If the package is returned to us, you will be charged an additional fee for reshipping the package. It is therefore important to check the accuracy of your delivery address before confirming your order.
5. I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund under certain conditions. This request must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Conditions for obtaining a refund
- The item must be unused, unworn and with the original tags still attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received.
If any of these criteria is not met, Communist Universe reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.
Refund terms
If all conditions are met, the amount of the item will be refunded via the payment method used when ordering.
Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or if the delivery error is the responsibility of Communist Universe (e.g. wrong product sent, manufacturing defect, etc.).
6. Late or missing refunds
If you have requested a refund and it is slow to appear in your account, here are the steps to follow:
- Check your bank account: Make sure the refund has not yet been credited.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider: Sometimes, refunds may take a few business days to process, depending on bank processing times.
- Contact our customer service: If, after following the steps above, you still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@communist-universe.com. We will review the situation and provide you with personalized assistance.
